Welcome to Harbour Inlet
Located on the barrier island, this community is surrounded by water on all sides, - the Intracoastal Waterway, Port Everglades and the Atlantic Ocean and it contains, the Barbara River, Grace River, Marion River and Marietta River among its isles. The short walk to the beach gives us the best of all worlds. It is a group of 252 single family homes bordered by co-ops, condominiums and a few apartment complexes and has a strong and vibrant sense of community.

The Harbour Inlet Association was form in December 1960 and has remained an active and hardworking volunteer association. Over the last two years and in conjunction with the City of Fort Lauderdale, this association has managed a $600,000.00 project of improvements which addressed safety, speed, and beautification. Added to the neighborhood were winding sidewalks, decorative street lights and street poles, roundabouts to slow traffic, enhanced landscaping at various corners on the arterial way and bridge columns announcing who we are. A Gatehouse was constructed at our entryway which will be used by the Police Department as a substation. Hundreds of new trees and palms were added throughout the neighborhood, increasing our arbor coverage and maintaining the tropical feel of where we live.
